Majestic Audio Visuals is a leading company in Audio Visual industry; satisfying customers since 1970. With the hard work and sufficient experience, strict control procedure, unique service system, with reasonable price and hi-fi star quality, Majestic has been working hard to provide best solutions for (Audio-Visual) AV products for the customers across India.
Challenges
Because MAJESTIC Audio Visuals is a new company, they needed a website that reflected their positive and joyful brand, which provides audio visual solutions to a variety of sectors. MAJESTIC focused on creating a visually appealing website that the general public may use to meet their audio visual demands. We addressed their three goals for the new website at our discovery meeting with them: having their audience stay and explore their website, ask for solutions to their problems, and fill out an inquiry form to place a purchase order.
We were asked to design an ERP-like Mobile app for Android dedicated to employees working with MAJESTIC Audio Visuals. It is only made to be used by the employees of MAJESTIC Audio Visuals. The app would be used by the MAJESTIC employees for daily work management, task management, employee's leave management.
Solution
After planning out the foundations of the website in our UI/UX Strategy phase, we jumped into design. We elected to integrate our custom designs for the MAJESTIC website with the CMS system in Cake PHP framework to make it easy for an admin to manage all of the products and optimize the content for an organic SEO.
We started our work with a design workshop and UI/UX analysis. After collecting all the data we designed wireframes and interactive prototypes, which were created in Sketch. We have also proposed a new flow of profile creating and registration, based on the employee's name, designation, in-time, break-time, out-time, and department.
After our designs were done, our team was able to dive into Android app development straight away and created a dynamic ERP-like solution for MAJESTIC Audio Visuals. The app is now available on the play store for Android.
