ITEM Secure came to us with the plans for a user-friendly android app development project that could help to manage the daily visits of the technicians, expenses, add - remove - edit the visits, track the location of the technician, and also track the distance travelled by the technician. They already had some backend code along with the designs for the app. We have evaluated all the elements and decided that most of the code needs to be rewritten, since the majority of it was of poor quality.
We also had to make sure that the support app works seamlessly with the pest control service provider, ITEM Secure.

The android app we built “ITEM Support,” met all the expectations of the clilent. But what's more important to us, is that it's widely used within ITEM Secure as well as their clients. The app precisely maps the company's structure. From now on, the HR department can track an inquiry about the technicians going on a client visit with our push notification solutions. The Technicians are able to add - remove - or edit the visit and also they can keep a track of their activities and visits throughout the day.
