National Academy of Indian Railways acts as a FRIEND, PHILOSOPHER and GUIDE of the Railway Officers in their appreciation of this huge Indian Railways Organisation so that they can play a positive role in bringing about improvement, to keep pace with the changing environment. As the alma mater the National Academy of Indian Railways (NAIR), Vadodara functions as the apex training institute for the officers of all departments of Indian Railways in general and Accounts, Personnel, Stores and Medical departments in particular.

National Academy of Indian Railways (NAIR) approached us with the goal of Android app development that would be solely for the employees and staff of the Railway Academy. It is the app made only to be used by the employees of National Academy of Indian Railways (NAIR), Vadodara. The app would be used by NAIR employees for daily work management, task management, employee's leave management.

We started our work with a design workshop and UI/UX analysis. After collecting all the data we designed wireframes and interactive prototypes, which were created in Sketch. We have also proposed a new flow of profile creating and registration, based on the employee's name, designation, in-time, break-time, out-time, and department. After the designs were done, our team was able to dive into Android app development straight away and created a dynamic ERP-like solution for NAIR. The app is now available on the play store for Android.
