Farmson is the pioneer and global leader in the manufacturing of API Paracetamol / Acetaminophen, based in India with a manufacturing capacity in excess of 37000 MT annually. Their core strength lies in captive production of the intermediate Para Amino Phenol (PAP) with absolutely no dependency on China. They manufacture Paracetamol as per various Pharmacopoeias- IP/ BP/ USP/ PH-EUR/ JP/ CP. They supply Paracetamol/ Acetaminophen to more than 50 countries.

Farmson Pharmaceuticals provides high-quality paracetamol to other pharmaceutical businesses and is a successful exporter to more than 50 countries, but they considered their website design to be a touch antiquated. As a result, they approached us with the goal of rebuilding the entire website as well as updating the current material. Multiple crucial interviews with the owners, content audits, and analytics analysis were all part of our deep research process. We needed to make sure we had a clear knowledge of how the entire Farmson Pharmaceutical ecosystem functioned together before we got into UI/UX design and web development so we could better arrange everything under the new website.

After finishing our deep investigation, we concentrated on establishing the information architecture and website taxonomy because the single biggest problem we faced during this project was figuring out how to organise the massive amount of content Farmson Pharmaceuticals had. Our team was able to better comprehend the layout of the new site by creating and iterating on a sitemap.
We started fleshing out the actual content that would be on each page after the sitemap was in place. Wireframes were used to establish exactly how we wanted the content to be laid out across the bespoke page templates, which helped. The wireframe prototype also allowed us to start testing the redesign's flow to ensure that it was simple to use and delivered a positive user experience.
